  • "We have a long-term contract with Truly Nolen. They have been inspecting and treating our home for termites for 28 years. Nearly every year during their annual inspection the Truly Nolen inspector finds minor termite infestations in either in the house or garage. (This is San Diego after-all.) Following the inspection, a Truly Nolan technician treats the problem areas leaving us feeling confident that the house isn’t going to collapse. Over the years I have recommended Truly Nolen to friends and colleagues. In late June 2026, we had Dena, from the San Diego office, conduct our home inspection. Wow, was she thorough. She meticulously went from top to bottom looking for signs of termite activity and damage. It helped that she could squeeze into the attic of our 80 year old home to visually inspect an inaccessible area. Following her inspection, Dena met with me to carefully explain her findings, recommendations and plan for treatment. I really appreciated her discussion of potential problem areas and need for preventative action including removing leaves around our foundation and debris in our rain gutters (services not covered by our contract). Dena scheduled an appointment for Jonathan, the Truly Nolan treatment technician, to visit 5 days later to complete the treatment. Dena also gave me her business card and encouraged me to call her directly if needed. Jonathan arrived on schedule and immediately sought out the problem areas. The entire time he was working, he kept me apprised of what he was doing and why. At one point, he phoned Dena to explain how he treated that inaccessible area in the attic. Upon completion he made certain I was satisfied with his work and discussed the need to keep an eye on any problem areas. (Yes, I know what “frass” looks like.) Termites are a part of our environment doing good and bad things. I’m glad we have the Truly Nolen “A-Team” to stop them from doing bad things to our house."

  • "Truly Nolan performed my quarterly inspection and treatment last week. The Technician Brittany did a great job and showed concerned for our property making sure to ask about our concerns on any insects/pest issues she could focus on and address. This was her second visit with us as she had been here in the previous quarter as well taking over for Manny and honestly they are both pretty awesome. A week later (this week 6/25) Dena performed our annual termite inspection. Dena is awesome, professional, focused and very committed to her work showing a very deep understanding of how to keep our home safe from structural damaging pest. A true asset of Truly Nolan her approach to her job speaks highly of the company and its professionalism in its staffing. Both Dena and Brittany are awesome employees and in my mind should be highlighted as such. Thank you!"

  • "One of your employees, Brittney performed service at my home last Wednesday. I have to tell you she is awesome. She is very knowledgeable about different types of bugs. I had a wonderful conversation with her. Example: She took down 2 wasps nest and then picked them up with her hands and educated me on how the covered pockets on the nest were filled with unhatched eggs. Brittney completed everything I asked her to do and then some. I appreciated her willingness to do so. You have a great employee."

  • "Gary Garcia is the man! What a guy! Excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain the treatment process because I was curious about it and answered all my questions. He made sure everything was handled thoroughly. I notice a huge difference almost immediately when he comes by to restock the treatment bait to ensure all pests are fully eliminated. He takes full pride in his work which I appreciate. Reliable, honest, and efficient. Highly recommend Truly Nolen to anyone needing quality work done."

  • "Today was my scheduled yearly inspection with Truly Nolen. I had planned to meet our technician, Dena, but at the last minute I wasn’t able to be there. Fortunately, my handyman was available to let her in. Dena kept me updated throughout the inspection and took the time to address all of my concerns. Since this is a rental property that will soon be occupied, I truly appreciated that she treated the affected areas the very same day. She sensed that I was having a bit of a stressful day and did everything she could to make the process smooth and worry-free. Her professionalism and kindness meant a lot. Thank you, Dena, and thank you, Truly Nolen. You have a wonderful company."
