Add to that that they are knowledgeable, their products are eco-friendly and safe for pets (I didn't have to leave my home), and the products are super effective. I had American roaches--huge, disgusting things--coming into my bathroom and kitchen. The technician figured out that they were coming from the drain. He told me that the treatment effectively kills the whole colony within two days. Not another roach since then. Two days later, the water was shut off for a time and I heard someone using power equipment in my upstairs neighbor's bathroom to clear a clog deep in the plumbing system. Dead roaches perhaps? Could be a coincidence, but I doubt it. In short, they solved my problem immediately with a safe, effective product applied strategically, while two other companies wanted to simply spray poison everywhere in my home without identifying the entry point or guaranteeing their work. "The experience could have been better if staff was more responsive. We were long time users of thier services but they had a new contract this year and I had questions as it was not well written and language definitely not consistent between some clauses. It took an extended amount of time to get those concerns addressed. This years service was not completed by the end of the day and it also took awhile to be rescheduled and took several days to get responses. The service itself was fine and I really liked the person managing the job but she just was not very quick to update us. I am getting the impression that they are short on staff. I also really really don't like the fact that there is not a number for the local office like there used to be. Instead, the number you have to call (like if the person managing the job isn't being responsive), is a general 800 number for setting appointments. You have to have them send a message to the local office for the local office to call you back. They won't give you a direct #. Next time the service is up for renewal, I am going to be looking into other options because I hate that so much."
