• "Truly Nolen is professional, respectful, friendly, and patient. They took the time to answer all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Add to that that they are knowledgeable, their products are eco-friendly and safe for pets (I didn't have to leave my home), and the products are super effective. I had American roaches--huge, disgusting things--coming into my bathroom and kitchen. The technician figured out that they were coming from the drain. He told me that the treatment effectively kills the whole colony within two days. Not another roach since then. Two days later, the water was shut off for a time and I heard someone using power equipment in my upstairs neighbor's bathroom to clear a clog deep in the plumbing system. Dead roaches perhaps? Could be a coincidence, but I doubt it. In short, they solved my problem immediately with a safe, effective product applied strategically, while two other companies wanted to simply spray poison everywhere in my home without identifying the entry point or guaranteeing their work. Truly Nolen is awesome!"
