"Truly Nolen has outdone itself, the technician explained from beginning to end what to expect, the only hiccup was their rat trap guy was supposed to check the day following. Nobody showed up :(. Happily we didnt here any noise the night before. A rat was caught. I thought maybe one more rat should be around but they failed to catch it. I believe it never entered the house. They sealed up exisitng opens in the corners where roof met shingles at 45 degrees. They also sealed up all sentrances to from the outside restroom/dryer vents. Had I known 20 years ago i would have had it done sooner, than later! I also took the liberty of buy some drain caps that allow rain to come thru from Home Depot.
