• "Truly Nolen provided outstanding service for me. They had an inspector come out within a day of my initial call. The inspector Alan was a very nice & knowledgeable man, he called ahead & arrived promptly, did a thorough inspection and recommended a sensible total termite treatment plan for me that was fairly priced. There was no high pressure sales, rather it was just a simple here’s what I saw and what I recommend and why I recommend it, and here is our price. It was a decent price when you consider paying the inspector & technician salaries, the cost of chemicals, bait stations, etc and overhead to run a company in today’s times. Alan explained the products they use to treat the home and how & where they would be doing the treatments and showed me the termite bait stations & bait canisters they use. Two days later, the technician Murcell came to do the treatments. He called ahead & arrived promptly with a smile, and he got busy treating my home. I have peace of mind knowing Truly Nolen has treated my home. And I also liked that both employees spoke highly about their company."

• "Right around the time Hurricane Milton arrived, I noticed a small pile of what I thought was termite poop. I called for an inspection and learned the source of the waste was big-headed ants. The tech arrived and worked quietly and efficiently, knocking out most of the job in a few hours. He needed to access a separate attic and didn't have a ladder long enough so had to come back.
