  • "We had Judd and another gentleman that came out for the initial service. They took care of the problem listen to our concerns and treated our home. It was noted that we didn't have the issue when we brought it in from outside the house and the problem was already in the house when we purchased the house. After a second follow-up we haven't seen any issues with either bed bugs or cockroaches. Judd who is the technician went above and beyond and took care of all our needs if there's any one person within the company I would highly recommend asking for Judd this man knows his stuff. We're on our third follow up at the moment and there's been some confusion gentleman was coming out to do a treatment that was already done he didn't realize that he was only coming out to inspect and make sure that they were no other issues we advised them that he may be wasting his time if he's coming out to treat something that's already been treated, he then decided to do the inspection he found nothing in the home he treated our kitchen for one or two scragglers that may have been coming in searching around and dying with the last treatment. I'm looking forward to our next service we should be coming up in 2 months for our quarterly service to make sure that they've definitely nailed it. I've had other pest control companies I've dealt with in the past most either half the job twice to pay or more. Truly Nolan is what they say they are a pest control company that takes care of your pest control needs and they do it promptly proficiently properly and will take care of anything else you may have.
