• "My first experience with Truly Nolan was in March. That was my first time using Truly Nolan or Exterminator indoors for that matter. I am a renter and I had an ant issues going on. Big ones for that matter. Darrell was my greatly appreciated tech. I was taking my time to write because I needed to make sure things were taken care of. I also want to personally highlight my experience with Darrell. From his first call to confirm our appointment time, Darrell was friendly and courteous. This was a busy day off for me so I needed to be out the house by a certain time and he understood that he came in and started going through what needed to be done inside, he had questions for me and took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Darrell even asked me a couple of times was there anything else that he can answer for me or anything else that I wanted to share with him prior to him going back outside to start with the outside of the house so I can run to an appointment come back and then when I came back he returned back inside the house to work on the inside of the house. All in all. 5 Stars for Darrell and 5 Stars for Truly Nolan! The issue was taken care of and yesterday I had my 2nd visit. It was Darrell again and he was awesome. I had some concerns over a couple of possible moths I had seen inside as well as some mud wasp nests outside. Darrell took care of them. Thank you Darrell and Truly Nolan!"
