• "Josue Luquez is extremely professional and friendly. He has provided us with exemplary customer service for several years. Josue is very knowledgeable in his field and explains the issues very clearly. He actually scheduled same day termite treatment immediately after he did the inspection!! When I call in for a service request I always ask if they will be sending Josue because it gives me great peace of mind knowing he will be assigned to my service call. His reliability, follow-through and ability to do his job is one of the reasons I continue working with Truly Nolan."

• "My 1964 attic was in dire need of new insulation. I had less than R13 and past rodent activity. From the estimate, throughout the project and to it's very successful conclusion, Julio Armenta-Contreras and his team could not have done a better job. Julio's estimation skills are outstanding. He assessed carefully, informed me fully, and the price was substantially less than what I had been quoted by a different national chain that does attic remediation and starts with a "T". Julio also walked the extertior of my property with me and explained what I could do to prevent further rodent access to the attic. I did ALL of those things and am so grateful for his counsel. The crew who performed the vacuuming out of old insulation, removal of debris, sanitizing, and new insulation blow-in were fantastic. The communication was excellent, they treated my property and me with absolute respect, they worked clean and took steps to keep my home as clean as possible. They went above and beyond to report observations in the attic with HVAC and electrical systems so I could get trades in for repairs before blow in. And Julio worked with me on scheduling to accommodate my needs to get everything in my attic in tip top shape before the final blow in of new insulation. I could not be happier with the process or end result. Thank you Julio! Thank you Ivan and Tony!!!"

• "Jimmy Alvarez and Isaac Lara, the two Truly Nolen technicians who performed a rodent exclusion and removal service at my home in Southern Arizona, were first rate. They were prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kept me informed at every step of the process. They created an exclusion plan and stuck with it, plus they returned to the crawl space in the ceiling days later to check sticky traps to insure no rodents “were left behind”. I couldn’t be happier with their work."
