• "Once again, Truly Nolen to the rescue! Joe and Troy just left after doing a very thorough job to save us from the scourge of red ants while also being extra mindful of where the rescue animals that cannot be contained were (ok so just Gio the barn cat this time). What they did was explained, reasoning behind it, what needs to be done going forward, etc. But oh the bugs! They are everywhere and if they’d just stay away fine but they just keep getting into places that make it destructive or even dangerous. We have had some widows around animal and people areas, as well, but after their treatment each time it gets much better. And our moth problem went almost to zero thanks to the service until these last storms but even then it still isn’t as bad because of how thorough they have been. And thanks to said repeated service, this is our first year we had not a single kissing bug (knock on wood) aside from a few at the garage that appeared to die of the bug stuff. But these RED ANTS?! Oh my!!! 😫 The local red ants have decided I am their favorite target lately and the pain has been worse than usual. Debilitating. Call the doctor pain. Call Truly Nolen’s main number at 4am for an appointment because why won’t it stop why…. Well… Apparently it might be a different type of red ant?! Joe took a specimen for testing to find out what is going on since they look different, too. What?! A lab?! How cool is that?! I had no idea they have labs to test things at, too! 🤯 How neat!!! Very friendly gentlemen, very mindful, very informative. First time I met Joe but Troy has been here before though we only spoke through the door/phone that time as I was still recovering. Remembered so much about our situation here which is super helpful. Hope they are our new regulars since others have moved or retired and these guys have just been excellent. However everyone from Truly Nolen has been great so either way! Just thankful to figure out these freaking ants!!! Thank you for your help, Troy and Joe! And for being so personable and knowledgeable! (And sorry about the ant bites! 🫣) Also I think it was Tammy on the phone this morning who helped me? She was out of Tucson and helped me leave a note in the system to let them know we had to change to exterior only today in case I was too busy to get out to talk with them (ahahahaha anyone know a good roof and/or window person…? Ah monsoon… 🤦‍♀️). OH! Joe also told me about the Bee Scout program I think it was called. A device that can handle our invasive swarming bee issue. It is extra a month but those things can kill animals and us so that is good to know given our area. Going to look into it, for sure. Thank you so much to everyone at Truly Nolen! Have a great day! PS watch out for those red ants! OMG! 😥🫠😲🤬😭 (If you made it this far: thanks! And Cat Tax of the aforementioned rescue cat Troy and Joe watched out for are included to make up for spider and ant photos, haha. 🐱💕)"

• "Charles was very professional and friendly. He called ahead to be sure the time was good and arrived exactly on time. He took the time to fully inspect the property and discussed the findings with me as he went. He explained the initial cost of the service and then the monthly cost for the year of coverage. It was an exceptional experience. Thank you."

• "Troy helped me eliminate a severe sugar ant infestation last month. It was horrible dealing with these unwanted pests and he'd come do treatments everyime I called and was very thorough. Couldn't do it without his help and patience! Highly recommend!"

• "Great customer service. The technician who comes out is always professional and courteous. He works around the chaos of a busy veterinary clinic with ease and is always respectful of both our team and the pets in our care."

• "So far Jesus has done a very good job. Unfortunately German Roaches are difficult to get rid of. It beats being tented & having to live in a hotel. Like I said we appreciate his positive attitude."
